Bahía Beach, a resort in Río Grande, commissioned SCF to standardize the interior design for Las Estancias Estate Homes, Las Verandas Residences and Las Ventanas Townhomes and to design the interior space of its Sales Center. The design incorporates elements of traditional Puerto Rican homes such as “el medio punto”, crown moldings, geometrical floor patterns and high gable ceilings with wood beams.
