Cosmopolitan, a recently built 21-story high-end condominium in the Miramar district in San Juan and located in front of the Condado Lagoon, is steps away from historic landmarks, fine art museums, great dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

The 60-unit residential tower was designed by RTKL-Dallas and Puerto Rico-based firm CMA. SCF, under the direction of architect Carmen Rita Fortuño, AIA, was commissioned for the interior design of its Sales Center, located in the San Francisco Shopping Village in San Juan, as well as for the décor of the Model Apartments No.01 and No.02 interiors in Miramar. Focusing on a concept of relaxed luxury, the décor for the model apartments embodies elegance and harmony. High ceilings, generous spaces, abundant natural light further create the setting for its tranquil atmosphere.
