DASE Office & Parking Building was built as a speculative real estate project. Due to the nature of the current market, cost efficiency and a short construction timeline were of utmost importance. The project is composed of a five story office building and a six story parking structure; both are steel frame and concrete pre-cast panel construction. The design approach resulted in one of the lowest construction cost per area ratios in the present day local market for a Class-A Office Building.
