Completed in 2005, this 58 luxury apartment building is situated in one of the most elevated areas of the Metropolitan Area of San Juan. The topography challenge was met by planning the condominium tower at the top of a partially underground 5-level garage. The architectural treatment and building geometry were designed to take maximum advantage of impressive views to San Juan and the ocean. The sculptural treatment of the roof pergola has contributed to turn this building into a landmark.
