The project proposes the renovation of a park area located next to the Town Hall of Bayamón. The existing park area presently lacks many amenities required for the full enjoyment of the property. New amenities will include a covered amphitheater for 3,500 people, renewed pond areas, passive green areas, playgrounds, a picnic area with gazebos, kiosks for food and beverage, a boardwalk, a sculpture garden, and running/walking paths, all surrounded with lush tropical vegetation. A cascading fountain and ample promenade announce the pedestrian entrance to the park from the existing Town Hall plaza.
