The proposed expansion to the existing facilities of this “Parador”, located along the northern coast of Puerto Rico, seeks to develop the property in a sustainable and ecologically sensible manner to meet the need of the changing hotel market while maintaining the character and charm of the existing resort and the untouched fell of the beach. The program includes a hotel with spa, restaurant, boutique, meeting space, clubhouse and recreational facilities, a Condo-Hotel Program, Resort Villas and Apartments and a Condominium Development. All units amount to a total of 116 hotel keys and 326 residential units.
