This 132 split level unit residential project is built around the perimeter of its parking deck for 265 cars and recreational facilities. The project is located in an  area undergoing changes from light industrial uses to a multi-use area. This project was part of a major master plan developed by SCF to include office and retail spaces in the area. The project focused on privacy and security issues for the apartments as well as accessibility to the new and existing retail areas.
