Caguas

The third in these series of Client Service Branches, the Caguas facility follows the same basic architectural considerations as its precedents in Ponce and Mayagüez. As in the earlier Mayagüez Branch, the building in Caguas makes use of pivoting doors covering the large glass façade to the north. The context of this particular site, however, allowed for not only maximizing the interior spatial efficiency but also encouraged an entrance sequence that enhances the beautiful landscape views that surround the building. The two story structure is composed of two volumes; one which houses 10,000 sf. of office and customer service facilities, and a second 2,500 sf volume which houses the building’s main entrance and circulation.
